CANCELLATION & RETURN

1. Order and Cancellation
1.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
1.2 Orders Cancellations are not permitted once placing the order.
1.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products only. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
1.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

For Returns the damaged product will be sent back by the customer to us and we will bear courier charges.
1.3 Custom-made or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable. So kindly check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
1.4 For approved returns, refunds will be issued as money payments. Or else u can buy any other products of equal value based on customers choice.
1.5 To process an exchange/ Refund customers must provide a clear unboxing video from start to finish. This video must include the intact outer packaging, product opening, and clear visibility of the defect or damage. Without an unboxing video, the exchange will not be processed.
1.6 Products used, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
1.7 Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
