• Sarees: Dispatched within 2–6 working days from the order date and Kindly note tat we deliver from various warehouses and weaving units in India…
• Customised outfits: Dispatched within 0–15 days due to handcrafted creation.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Delivery times are subjected to courier partner timelines and may sometimes vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances, festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, Pongal). So always plan your order accordingly especially during festivities.
• Tracking number will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp upon request. Track your order on the courier partner’s website.
• Ensure accurate delivery address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
• Shipping available all days except Sundays and public holidays.
International Orders:
• Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing an international order.
• Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
